Please except our apologies for the unexpected outages that occurred on Friday and Saturday. This outage was due to our provider having problems with a core router belonging to a data center they use. Unfortunately, when they are having problems, there is little we can do. We have notified them that such interruptions in our services are unacceptable. Should these issues continue to occur, we will be switching to a new provider.
